Cooking Instructions

 

Cook ravioli according to package instructions.  Drain in cool water bath.  Toss cool wet raviolis with flour to coat.   Dredge floured raviolis in egg mixture, then bread with the crushed corn flakes.  Set aside.  Heat 1-2" of oil in a large stock pot to 375 degrees.  Fry raviolis in hot oil until golden brown flipping occasionally to brown evenly.  Drain on paper towels. 

Guacamole – Peel and pit avocadoes.  Mash avocadoes and stir in ½ pf salsa.

 

Serve raviolis with fresh guacamole, remaining salsa and sour cream,  Enjoy!
