Cooking Instructions
Cube the pork into 1 ½ inch pieces and marinate in some of the Island Teriyaki for one hour. Cut the pineapple into disks and set aside.
Heat grill to medium-high and cook pork for 7-8 minutes. Flip pork and cook for another 7-8 minutes or until there is no longer pink in the center of the pork. For last 2 minutes place disks of pineapple on grill flipping halfway.
For presentation skewer pork and garnish with grilled pineapple. Drizzle remaining Island Teriyaki to taste.
