1 lb of your favorite fish, boneless, skinless & cut into 8 1" wide strips
vegetable oil
¼ tsp. Lemon pepper seasoning
¼ cup Japanese bread crumbs (or crushed cornflakes)
8 corn tortillas
1 15 1/2 oz can fat free refried beans
2 cups vegetables, such as cabbage, lettuce or carrots shredded
Maui Sauce
1 cup non fat plain yogurt, drained
¼ cup fresh cilantro, finely chopped
2 t. Jalapeno peppers seeded and finely chopped
1 tsp lime juice
