Thai Style Lemon Pepper Linguine with Citrus Shoyu Sauce & Balsamic Vinegar

 

Ingredients

 

1lb Terra Cotta Pasta Lemon Pepper Linguine, cooked and drained

4 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp sesame oil

4 tbsp TCP Citrus Shoyu Sauce

4 step balsamic vinegar

 

Vegetables 1 finely sliced sweet red bell pepper, ½ finely sliced Spanish onion, 1 peeled and grated carrot, 2 tsp minced garlic, 1 bunch scallions sliced thin & fresh chopped cilantro



Cooking Instructions

 

Sauté vegetables together with sesame oil for one minute. Add lemon pepper linguine, Shoyu sauce and balsamic vinegar.  Sauce will begin to thicken, as this happens, continue to toss the stir-fry in the pan, coating the noodles and vegetables with the sauce.  Season with salt fresh ground pepper and cilantro to taste.  Enjoy!
