POTATO GNOCCHI W/ RAGU SAUCE
Serves 3
INGREDIENTS:
1# POTATO GNOCCHI
1 PINT BOLOGNESE SAUCE
4 oz HALF&HALF OR LIGHT CREAM
2 oz grated ROMANO CHEESE
ITALIAN PARSLEY(chopped) for garnish
(or choose from our other fresh pasta choices)
INSTRUCTIONS:
Heat bolognese in a medium sized sauce pan to simmer, add in half&half and romano , stir together simmer till smooth and serve over cooked gnocchi. Top with fresh grated cheese and season with cracked black pepper and chopped parsley.
