Roasted Asparagus Ravioli & Putanesca Sauce

 Ingredients:

 

v  1lb MH burgundy marinated steak tips
v  16 oz Terra Cotta Pasta's Putanesca sauce
v  1 lb TCP Roasted Asparagus & Mozzarella ravioli

 



Cooking Instructions

Heat Putanesca sauce in a medium sized saucepan to a simmer and keep warm.  Simultaneously grill steak tips to desired doneness.  Boil ravioli following instruction son package.  Toss ravioli in sauce and place five ravioli on four plates.  Top with grilled steak tips.  Garnish with hard grating cheese and freshly chopped parsley.
