1 PINT CARMELIZED ONION & ROASTED RED PEPPER SAUCE (thawed)
2 oz CRUMBLED GORGONZOLA CHEESE for garnish
8oz Baby Spinach
INSTRUCTIONS:
Heat Carmelized Onion & Roasted Red Pepper sauce in a medium sized sauce pan to simmer. Toss with cooked ravioli. Lay down 2 oz. washed baby spinach. Top with ravioli and sauce mixture. Garnish with crumbled gorgonzola cheese.
